We live in and around Pullman, Washington and Moscow, Idaho, homes to Washington State University and the University of Idaho. Moscow, Idaho is also the home of the Appaloosa Horse Club. Skyline Pony Club Mountain Skyline Pony Club is in the Old Dominion Region and part of the United States Pony Clubs. The club has active eventing, jumping and dressage programs. There is also a substantial group that foxhunt regularly. MSPC has a very active mounted lesson program which includes 1 to 2 mounted meetings a month from March through December.
