The Foundation was formed in 1998, as a tax exempt nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation organized for public and charitable purposes. Membership is open to all with two levels: Full, who must own a purebred Andalusian registered with IALHA; and Associate, who can be owners or just admirers of purebred and Half-Andalusian.
