Royal Oaks Pony Club members live in central Illinois and ride at Hunter Oaks Equestrian Center in Carlock, Illinois. Each month Royal Oaks Pony Club plans either a mounted or unmounted activity. Most often the activity is linked to a Regional activity for which the pony club members are preparing. We hold our mounted meetings at Snowfields, and our unmounted meetings are currently held at the New Gloucester Library. In our club activly compeates in quiz, games, dressage, show jumping, and the d-rally. What makes our club different from other Pony Clubs is that we run our own barn and have our own facilities. Our facilities consist of two acres, a co-op barn consisting of 30 stalls, 2 dressage rings, an enclosed jumping arena, a cross-country course, and adjacent parkland.
