Our Mission is to provide sanctuary for horses and ponies who are a made homeless, or caused suffering, through no fault of their own. We aim to provide any such animals a safe and happy home for the rest of their natural life. The Home was originally established back in the 1880s to help the working London horses. We will care for abused or injured horses and ponies, rehabilitating them and re-homing them in a safe, caring environment. No horse or pony taken in by SWHP will ever be sold. The Centre has first class facilities to care for and retrain - if necessary - horses and ponies which have been neglected or ill-treated.
