• Isleham Horse & Pony Rescue Centre The Centre was originally founded in 1990, and is now formally run as a non-profit making organisation. Our Mission is to provide sanctuary for horses and ponies who are a made homeless, or caused suffering, through no fault of their own. We aim to provide any such animals a safe and happy home for the rest of their natural life. Location: United Kingdom, Wales, Carmarthen • Society for the Welfare of Horses and Ponies SWHP is run almost entirely by volunteers. We will care for abused or injured horses and ponies, rehabilitating them and re-homing them in a safe, caring environment. No horse or pony taken in by SWHP will ever be sold. We will rehome each horse or pony on a loan basis and monitor their progress through yearly visits. Location: United Kingdom, Wales, Monmouth |
