• Hopeful Haven Equine Rescue We are an all volunteer organization that is solely dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of unwanted, neglected and abused equines in the state of LA. We do this by accepting unwanted horses from individuals, purchasing horses from auctions, assisting law enforcement by means of providing a safe haven for the horse until further notice.
