• Fableview Equine Rescue Fableview Equine Rescue is a not-for-profit corporation founded in an effort to rescue and rehabilitate abused and neglected horses in the Greater Kansas City Area. We welcome your letters and our facility is always open to to the public. Please feel free to call and set up a visit. We are located in Centerview, MO, ten minutes west of Warrensburg. Our goal is to cater to horses returned to their natural life style of grassland pastures with supplementary grain and hay. Frequent veterinary and blacksmith check-ups. Equine cemetery on the farm. Location: United States, Missouri, Elsberry • Humane Society of Missouri Our Longmeadow Rescue Ranch in Union, Missouri opened in 1988. The rehabilitation center is situated on 165 acres of donated land nestled in a valley surrounded by trees. Here, abused and neglected horses, cows, goats and other farm animals are rehabilitated and placed up for adoption. The Longmeadow Rescue Ranch is also the site of our annual Fall Festival.
