The mission of Equine Advocates is to rescue, protect, and prevent the abuse of horses through education, investigation, rescue operations, and the dissemination of information to the public. HiHopes was founded in early 1999, often working in conjunction with local humane societies, our mission is to assist in the rehabilitation and retirement of neglected or abused horses. We are currently located on a ranch in Rhinebeck, New York. For the last four years, we have been rescuing horses and farm animals. Our resident animals were rescued from abusive homes and others were rescued from slaughterhouses. We are available to take in horses that their owners are unable to keep and/or horses that have been starved, abandoned and abused.
