• Emerald Valley Equine Assistance (EVEA) EVEA is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide the horse community of Oregon with a quick response to equines in need of assistance. We offer information and education to owners and when necessary we provide equine rescue, rehabilitation and a safe and stable environment for as long as necessary.
