• Crossed Sabers Stable & The Second Wind Adoption Program Crossed Sabers Stable was established in July of 1996. The Second Wind Adoption Program was founded by the stable owner, Celeita Kramer. Second Wind Adoption became a non-profit program the summer of Â98 and the entire facility became non-profit the summer of 2000.
