Ponies of our breeding have been successful in the show ring for many of their new owners, while non-showing people appreciate their versatility and easygoing natures. Their story is a tale which spans five generations of a family and more than a hundred years in the life of a farm in Cumbria. Location: United Kingdom, England • Lunesdale Fell Pony Stud The Lunesdale herd is one of a number of herds of Fell ponies which still live a semi-feral existence in their natural habitat, in this case on Roundthwaite Common. Our objective has always been to breed ponies which retain their natural characteristics and hardiness and at the same time are able to do a job in today's world. Location: United Kingdom, England |
