• AERC Central Region The Central Region is part of the American Endurance Ride Conference (AERC.) The Central Region includes: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas. Within the Central Region there are three distance riding organizations, Texas Endurance Riders Ass. (TERA), Ozark Country Endurance Riders (OCER) and Texas Arabian Distance Riders Ass. ( TADRA.) Location: United States • Australian Endurance Riders Association The Australian Endurance Riders Association supports the sport of endurance riding in Australia. Website includes information on competitions, associated clubs, coaching, results, upcoming events, and links to useful websites. Location: Australia • Endurance Riders Association of British Columbia Promoting the sport of endurance riding in British Columbia. Site offers information about endurance riding, upcoming rides and results, stories, photos, membership information, bulletin board, links, and much more. Location: Canada, British Columbia • Fort Armstrong Endurance Rides Fort Armstrong Horsemen's Association 1 day 75-50-25 mile endurance rides. Times: 25 mile - 6 hours, including all stops and holds - 50 mile - 12 hours, including all stops and holds - 75 mile - 18 hours, including all stops and holds. • Kanopolis Challenge IAHA Region 8 - Endurance and Competitive Trail Championships, Sanctioned by MOTDRA, IAHA and AERC. Endurance 25LD, 50, & 2-day 100; Competitive Trail 15, 2 day 30, & 40. Qualifications and general rules for IAHA Region 8 Championship Endurance and Competitive Trail rides can be found on the website. • Outlaw Trail Endurance Ride Outlaw Trail Endurance Ride Homepage - the five-day, two hundred sixty five mile historic ride held in September through Utah's canyonlands on historic trails, wagon roads and outlaw routes. For many of the riders who come from around the world, the primary goal is to be an "Outlaw," a rider who completes all five days on the same horse. • Tevis Cup 100 Miles One Day Ride The Western States Trail Foundation (WSTF) sponsors the annual Tevis Cup 100 Mile, One Day Ride. Riders from all over the world come to the Auburn, California, area during the weekend of the Riders' Moon (late July or early August) to compete in this, the original, and still the most challenging, long distance endurance event. • Cuneo Creek Ride The Cuneo Creek Ride will comply with all AERC and REER ride rules. The Cuneo Creek horse camp, part of the California State Parks system, is the site for this beautiful ride. In the heart of the redwoods, this ride offers challenging climbs and spectacular views, with plenty of water along trails and access roads. • Foxcatcher Endurance Ride Foxcatcher Endurance 50 and 25 Mile Rides - held at the Fair Hills International, Fair Hills, Maryland. Rules: American Endurance Ride Conference, Sanctioned by AERC and ECTRA. Terrain: Good footing, woods, big grass fields, hills; Plenty of water on course; Holds are close to each other but not at base camp. • Kilkivan Great Horse Ride, Australia Kilkivan Great Horse Ride - Kilkivan, Queensland. Annually on a Saturday in April close to Easter up to 1100 horses, riders and horse-drawn vehicles start from five points around Kilkivan Shire, travel 20 - 30kms through some of the most picturesque country in South-East Queensland, then meet up for the grand parade through Kilkivan township at 4.00 pm.
